If our customers mistakenly received expired or damaged medications we have to replace it free of cost or refund the complete amount in case the medication is out of stock. But, we follow state and federal laws hence we would neither be in the position to restock the medication nor to refund. You can cancel the drug before being charged and processed. In case, you are going to cancel the order after it being charged as well as processed, then we would deduct 10% as a cancellation fee.
